4th Grade Spanish Homework

Hola familias,

4th Grade students probably already told you (since they’ve known since before break)

about their test they started today and yesterday…

we will be finishing what we can of them THIS Thursday, el 19 de abril, and into next week.

Students have already brought home papers from which they can study, but links are below also. 🙂

 

HOMEWORK: STUDY!

Study what?

-traditional clothing items- you may open this files of pictures & names of them ropatradicional -students should be able to identify them (not needing to know how to spell them though)

-regular clothing items (flashcards are in folder and/or play game at: http://www.quia.com/ba/241179.html) – students should know them all

-how to say what someone is wearing using 2 clothing items and 1-2 colors. Example: Elena lleva la falda morada y las botas verdes.

-how to say how much something costs. Examples: La gorra cuesta 13 dólares. Las sandalias cuestan 26 dólares.

4th Grade Spanish test at Beverly

Hola familias,

¡Feliz año nuevo!

We’ve been learning all about how to talk about our daily routines in Spanish and how some Spanish-speaking countries’ kids’ routines differ from ours.

Students are well prepared for this week’s assessment (which was announced last week). They will come home with reference sheets & their in-class comic or skit to review from. Please especially hear/listen/look at their comics and/or skit papers! They did ¡fantástico!

 

HOMEWORK: STUDY THE FOLLOWING from the above mentioned reference sheets:

-Be able to explain a difference between your life and the life of a child in a Spanish-speaking country

-Know the “daily routine” Spanish vocabulary phrases & be able to write at least 4 of them

-Know what me gusta leer un libro, practicar deportes, tocar un instrumento, & mirar la televisión mean in English

-Know how to verbally answer questions that ask “What do you do at ____time? (¿Qué haces a las ______?)

Last 4th Grade Spanish test
