New Science Question!

April 16, 2012

When looking through my science homework I saw that we working on many things that included our moon.

One Question I had was:

How would it affect us if our moon was closer in orbit or further?

I also wondered what technology is used to figure these sorts of things out?

Science Wonders

April 13, 2012

In class we have been researching and studying what’s outside of Earth. I have so many questions about this scientific wonder.

My main question is:

Have there been planets found that are like Earth. Planets that can be livable?

If so,

  • Do they have to have the same gravity pull?
  • What makes a planet livable?
  • Does there have to be a certain amount of gravity or velocity?
  • Do the sizes of all the planets/stars matter?
  • Do they have to have an atmosphere?
  • What is an atmosphere made up of?

Today I am wondering about what TV does to kids. I hear all the time that it ruins your imagination! Does it? I am also wondering how little things can affect your life. It’s actually really fun and easy to wonder. I do it ALL the time.

Today is a Monday! We have school today and I was excited to share a new wonder I have! How does a computer work? I know there are so many things that I wouldn’t understand as a kid, but this is something that has been sitting in the back of my mind waiting to be answered. In kid language of course! I highly doubt I would be able to understand any complex things, but I would like to know a little information. I am also exploring my new blog. Everything is so… well new! I am having a little trouble figuring out how to do a couple things, but that just makes it more interesting and fun! I hope I will finally learn how to delete things that make my website look untouched and boring by Friday! Have a great day.

Today is Martin Luther King Jr. Day! It is also a day off from school! Today is my first blog post too! So many exciting things are happening and I’m so excited to share them with you. Now I have a way to write online and in my notebook! I will try to post my adventures every day and keep everyone updated.
